Ftp Problem hd2

Hi guys just got my venton hd2 box with the latest vix image install from sponsor all working well great box
the problem I am having is with the ftp side my computer does not connect to the box I am using window 7
and filezilla and tried a few other progames

this is the log

Status: Connection attempt failed with "EAI_NODATA - No address associated with nodename".
Error: Could not connect to server

Whats the full IP of the box & can you connect to WebIF on http://IP ?

192.168.1.254 is full ip address thanks for help

are you sure that isn't the address of your router? quite often is...
Menu -> Information -> Network will show you the correct IP address.
If it is correct, can you open WebIF by going to http://192.168.1.254

hi i have the same erro yet i can get into weif and access the box and i can open vucc.ee but everytime i try to access ftp it comes up with this error.
please help if u can
