we would need a lot more info to be able to offer help.

such as what exact image including the build number ?.

how exactly are your tuners configured ?.

Does this happen on all channels or just the paid for ones ?.

basically as much info in as much detail as you can.

    ok...

the black screen is on all the channels, for a fee and free.
is visible only the channel you are recording.

    the image is:
openvix-3.0.744-ventonhdx_usb.zip of 2013-Sep-27 the skin is PLI

    and tuners are:

I tried to reverse the tuner with the same result, I realized that all the two tuners work

unfortunately you cant force people to instantly know whats going on with your receiver, when people have answers to give they will reply, this is the first time any one has reported such a issue as this with the venton receivers and frankly at this moment all we can do is guess as to it's cause.

I can provide access to the decoder remotely with teamviewer, ftp and ssh.

it is important that the two tuners work

    I have another problem:

After about 1/2 hour I have a video: tuning failed and I'm forced to restart the decoder.

Perhaps it is my wrong configuration of the tuner, or is a driver issue that must be resolved.

    I hope in your support

'tune failed' will only appear if tuning was fine but lost. So this looks like a fault in F-connector/coax/switch/LNB

This does not look like a fault in your box, but in your antenna (lead).

Also i dont think this is driver related as the whole Venton HDx range ( HD1, HD2, HD3 ) run the same image and therefore the same drivers, if it were a driver issue i would have expected more reports by now although i could be wrong.
