    Streaming from my Receiver over the Ethernet

    Hi just woundering does any one know how to change the settings on the ports on a Mac airport express(time capsule) for streaming externally.Ive read through afourm on this site but its with a Belkin router.Im tring to stream from my Technomate 2TOE.I have downloaded iDreamx and i can stream around my house fine.Im new to this and not very techie so any straight forward info about this would be great.

    Hi,
    I do not think that the Airport Express is a router. A router has normally something to do with the modem from your ISP.

    btw. if you do not have around 10MBit/sec upload to the Internet forget it.

    Ok so i still have an old Belkin 4 Port router.Could i put that in front of the airport express and change the gateway ports on that to Stream externally?

    sorry there I cannot help. I have the same router for around 10 years and do not know anything about other router. What is the complete name of your Belkin?

    Its a Belkin 4-PortRouter model no F5D5231-4,its not wireless.
