Ariva 202e USB port for Wi-Fi Setup

    Hello everyone............

Updated firmware to the latest posted on the site for a end client.
Can someone confirm if the rear USB port is working with the Fergerson W03 Wi-Fi adapter.
It is working good in the front USB port......but not recognised in the rear USB port.

    Best Regards

Ive tried using a tiny Wifi adapter made by Tenda I bought for and used in my Openbox X5. This was recognised in the rear USB port of my 202e but I did have probs with it. This would connect to the router and work fine on Youtube etc but it would not connect to a server. All other functions including using the PC browser to access the box worked fine just no emu connection. So the rear USB slot should at least be active for some USB Wifi dongles. Hope this helps

Just tried it again quickly and I can confirm you should get a popup message as you plug it in and as you pull it out but it works and immeadiately reconnects to the router via wifi.

Hi, I have connected both front and rear usb with ferguson wireless usb dongle and can confirm it works. Not brilliant as keeps dropping the connection. once it says connected as Gaastra points out you might have to reset DHCP for it to work.
