    Ariva 102E HD No network Connection

    Hi . My ariva 102e hd has been working ok for the last few months and all of a sudden i can no longer pick an ip address. I dont know if the kids did something but i now get the same ip address whether the network cable is connected or not. I have factory reset but to no avail. Please help.

    I finally found the solution .
    Factory reset the receiver.
    Once done, fully power off.
    Power off router for 10mins.
    Power on router, wait till fully online.
    Power on receiver, wait until a pop up windows says obtained IP.
