sadly the none linux receivers tend to have poor EPG support which is more often than not limited to now and next. not really sure about the 202E as i have not used mine in a few weeks at least.
My posts contain my own personal thoughts and opinions, they do not represent those of any organisation or group but my own.

The EPG's broadcast on 28.2/5e are proprietary to Sky and Freesat so you will only get now and next.

I know this is an old post and you only get now and next but is the only way to get info to load by zapping to a channel as im not getting any info in the epg unless I zap to a channel?

This is normal for UK channels using non-linux receivers.
