    been with the twats 4 weeks and cannot get a frigging signal in my own house.

    God knows how many times rang them up and still no frigging joy

    yeah Vodafone have a similar device, it basically creates a mini cell mast in your house by using your broadband to link you in with the network. if its the same as Vodafone's you can tell it what numbers are allowed to connect so that your neighbors and the like cant piggy back on it for free.

    If you got a smartphone download three intouch app and it will use your wifi to make calls and texts and you wont need their bullshit box trust me try it its real good

    I'm thinking of switching to them with virgin at the minute and their net is rubbish and they got no plans for 4g yet

    I tried one of the black boxes and the wi-fi app for two months... still not getting a decent signal.
    Ended up with the black box on coffee table with phone 3 feet away... still missing calls
    bought myself out of the contract and get cut off in three days..

    It was no use letting the contract run its course as i was unable to use the service for the most part...
    Back on o2 for me.

    For me it's fine and unlimited 4G data for 11 quid a month. Nothing else comes close

    Yeah.. Ye absolutley right.. If you want to go to the bottom of the garden to make a call.. lol

    Im paying O2 15.56 per month.. and always have service.. unlimited calls.. unlimited texts and and im not sure what my data is as i never use it.. if im out.. i usually connect to a BT wifi hotspot..

    My deal is looking pretty good at the mo.. lol

    I have been with three for about 3 years now and not had any issues, and I rape them for data every month. I was with Vodafone for 11 years prior to that and the one time I needed their help (some scum bag used my number on a load of payday loan sites and I was getting hundreds of texts and calls all hours of the day ad night and Vodafone would not even let me change my number until after I told them to shove the account ). I know three's customer service is crap but it works for me and when it does not I'll opt out of my contact and go with some one else instead.
