Make it Simple Positioner and than put your lonitude and latitude in.

copy post 8 here but you need to get your own lat and long from dishpointerdotcom

    Thanks for your reply.

I did the same either !

I set it on simple mode and inserted the lat and long from dishpointer.com

at the moment of writing this message, I talked to A satellite Installer and he said my Motor dish must be reconfigured from the dish set to support USAL.

In our country USAL does not fully catch the signal.

    ==================
Correct me if I am wrong, After I set the Tuner on Simple Positioner mode, I can scan every satellite I want and the motor dish should catch the direction of the selected satellite.Right?

    Which country are you in?

You will need to use one of the multi sat bouquets and it will move the dish to the sat you select such as this one http://www.world-of-satellite.com/sh...048#post148048

    I`m from Iran.

    2 questions,

    1.What is a bouquet?
2.Is there any text or tutorial to learn about so-called Bouquet ?

Sorry I`m kind of newbie in satellite configuration.

    Best regards.

A bouquet is just a set of channel listings.
Bouquets could be like 'favourite channels', 'hd channels' and so on...
You then edit them the way you like to add/remove channels from bouquets using a program like DBEdit, available on the downloads sections.

    Thanks Judge.

So Is it important to have a Bouquet Uploaded to a Receiver Box? Does it affect the way a Motor Dish changes from one channel of a satellite to another satellite?

Yes, you could do a scan on all satellites you have available, or download a channel settings as Stanman suggests, much better option to get you started.

Ok I will give it a try but the thing is my motor dish does not change from one satellite to another when I Change the channels.

Tomorrow a Satellite technician will take a look onto my Motor Dish as he said my Motor Dish needs to be reconfigured to support USAL.

If I have any other questions I will ask your help.

    Your cooperation is Appreciated.
