trying to get hd 800 se to move my dish but no go.

yes....but you need to know your geo position,....without being exact, where are you based?
Units; VU+Ultimo/duo/DM800/7020HD/tm9100
1.2 channel master/quad feedhorn/36volt /vbox
1 fixed dish, and 1 motorized 1mtr dish
and a pile of redundant cards/cams
found on another forum that there is an option in advanced settings to use USALs, in simple mode once you input your geo setting, USALS is used by default
i had it on advanced all sorted

Works on 'advanced' just as well.

I couldn't get USALs to work ... had to use diseq 1.2
USALS works fine here on all images I've tested, new and old. Suppose this also depends on setting/bouquets uploaded and motor used.

which settings do you want to see... Long/lat?
i set it to simple positioner and I had the correct Long/Lat in and the correct north/west part in too. I think it might be the motor that doesn't work with USALS or it's just broke. It works fine when I store positions, so it's not a big problem for me.
