Here are the settings which I have assigned...
    IP : 192.168.0.9
    Subnet : 255.255.255.0
    DNS1: 8.8.8.8
    DNS2: 4.2.2.4
    gateway: is my pc`s ip >> 192.168.0.1
    user : root
pass : password ( I even tried empty field )
    Port: 21

But in the end it says unable to connect.
    Default is
    User: root
    password: empty

If this is on ViX 3.0: I hope you didn't restore settings; as that is invoking exactly that problem.

    Thanks Rob.

No I am using OpenPLi latest version.

That problem is solved and it was due to incorrect filezilla settings.

Now my problem is, after installing enigma2-plugin-cams-cccam.2.2_1.0-r0_mipsel from menu/setup/plugins/ install local extentions I don`t see any option to activate in Softcam/CI .Needless to say that I have placed the CCcam.cfg file in var/etc.

I wanted to ask what is the correct format in CCcam.cfg file?

here is mine. Is it correct?

    C: server port user pass
    C: server port user pass

    CCcam.cfg should be in /etc
And in PLi CCcam should start automatically.

PLi has CCcam in the feeds. That includes a config file with instructions.

before you post again please bear in mind that we can not and will not help you set up the configuration file for any thing other than a official subscription card, that resides in the actual receiver.

    Applications --> green --> softcams
And again: that includes a config file with instructions.

There's no address; the box downloads the plugins from the feeds.
Go to applications; then push green; that offers a list of installable items.

PS: Box got to be connected to the internet.

Well, tbh: I think you have to ask on the PLi-forum about this. Last time I used PLi it worked fine.
Didn't you try the latest CCcam (vs 2.3.0)?

Edit: I just noticed you already asked on the PLi-forum.

    OK I got it fixed.

I used OpenPLi online feeds and tried another cccam plugin.

    It is working flawlessly now.

Not to forget, I should thank you for your continuous help.

    Best Regards.
