Anyone know of a humane fox repellent or something?

you can get a sonic gizmo from maplins, about £15/30 dependant on settings, its effective against cats/dogs, and presumably Foxes

    1.2 channel master/quad feedhorn/36volt /vbox

On a much similar note to Sic's problem, we have problems with cats round our area... It's full of them around. Everywhere you go, there's a cat.

Anyway, we're fed up of them pooing everywhere as well. At the bottom of our path, it's full of cat poo (the path is a stone path). So have to keep picking it up ... absolutely disgusting! Then, they also poo in the front lawn, and on the soil (well, more like clay) at the side of the house...

Anyway, what's the best way to:

    a) Stop the bloody things crapping all over the place. We've tried the cat repellant stuff. Stinks horrible, and stops them for probably 1 day at most. Then, they're back.
    b) Picking up the crap without having to touch it too closely or smell it!?

    Cheers

put piles of sands and the cats will poo in it. cats by nature are clean animals.... furthermore, if any is going after them they poo in that place to prove (at least for itself) this is its area...

Just been told by a colleague at work to sprinkle dried hot chillies around the garden, apparently that keeps the fox's at bay! If it don't the fookers will at least burn their tongues and have hot burning bum when they crap on my lawn!

    Get a Cat?

And you'll just hear the screams as they fight for the territory!
Or get a cat litter tray, at least they will go in the same place all the time.
