    I donīt find a vix image with version 204. Are in forum?
    After flash bootloader with lower button i flas the image vix through normal way, up button, but all remained equal. After that i tried flash vix image with lower button and after appear the text of vix image. Despite of that the problem still, and no image are loaded.

    I donīt know how i can solve this problem.

    can you get a rs232 bootup report so we can see what it could be

    also if you can ftp to box can you get the crash reports


    also is it a green screen yr having or is it a black screen crash loop

    I have a rs232 cable null modem but i donīt have any tool or software to make an error report. By ftp i tried with program DCC, but the netwaork is not ok.

    After appear the text of VIX IMAGE, the screen still with green color (not black).

    I would like to know how i can do anything by output rs232 and null modem cable?

    use putty and and

    connect the null modem cable


    for the setup in putty

    select serial

    change COM1 to what ever com port yr on

    then the baudrate [port]

    select 115200

    select open

    and start yr box

    I select serial, port com 1, speed (baud)=115200, data bits=8, stop bits=1, parity none and flow control= xon/xoff and select open. I turn on the receiver but anything happen. I do anything wrong?

    Segmentaion Fault

    A segmentation fault (often shortened to segfault), bus error or access violation is generally an attempt to access memory that the CPU cannot physically address. It occurs when the hardware notifies an operating system about a memory access violation. The OS kernel then sends a signal to the process which caused the exception. By default, the process receiving the signal dumps core and terminates. The default signal handler can also be overridden to customize how the signal is handled.

    Hi,

    I have xtrend linked with my router by ethernet cable. However with dcc the network is not ok and because of that i can entry by telnet into the receiver. Appear "server closed" in the ip of xtrend.

    In your opinion it is possible solve the problem of segmention faulty?
