EPG not being downloaded for JSC channels

Not sure if this is the right place to post this, or what information to attach, but here goes!

I've installed the Catseyes channel list on the latest Vix image, and have successfully used XMLTV and OpenTV to download EPG listings for most channels. However for some reason I can't obtain anything for the Al Jazeera sports channels. I've tried using XMLTV and XEPGDB without success. I also tried updating the providers.
Is this a known issue, or is there a way I can manually download the listings? Thanks!

unfortunately that the way it is mate.

i've had the same problem with JSC and the erotic channels on hotbird, you might just get the occasional listing here and there but all in all nothing, someone might be able to tell us why.

OK thanks. It's strange though, because I was getting information on Saturday when I did the first download (albeit mainly wrong listing and only for 24 hours!) but I didn't get one single thing on the Sunday! Hopefully there's an obvious answer. Thanks!
