new image and smargo

Hi Guys,

Im just about to install the latest VIX image and am wanting to use a smargo+ reader for sky italia card (pre-paid card).

Does this just work plug and play or do I have to do anything in particular?

if you do get soft cams etc setup, be aware that some italia cards have been zapped recently, using oscam, cant post more on this, as I do not have access to italia

Hi Guys,

just to give you all an update, plug in smargo and in CCcam cfg put this

SERIAL READER : /dev/ttyUSB0 smartreader+
SMARTCARD CLOCK FREQUENCY: /dev/ttyUSB0 3750000

works perfectly and excellent ECM times.
