Hi, i bought the vu duo 5 months ago and this is the 2nd time this has happened, i was watching a film and ten mins from the end the picture froze. Whatever i did nothing could unfreeze it so i switched it off at the back to reboot on doing this i had to reinitialize my hard drive which erased all my recordings and now when i press record a green screen appears saying stb has encountered a problem and crashes . As i said this is the 2nd time in 3 months this has happened last time i paid a sattelite fitter so sort it but all he did was put it back to factory reset and and reinstall all the satellites , my question is does anybody know any way round this problem without having to totally start again ( im on the blackhole image ) any help would be really appreciated , thanks.
