Found this on another forum but as poo says fleabay has some.

1 - Switch ON your phone with a NOT ACCEPTED SIM Card,
2 - When the message "Enter Network Key" appears, enter the NCK.

OR

1 - Switch ON your phone WITHOUT SIM Card,
2 - Then compose : *#0000*NCK#,
3 - To finish compose : *#0001*NCK#.
