Best video settings for my vu+ duo

Hi all,

I have just loaded the latest vix image on my box and the picture quality has become worse.

I have played with the settings but cant seem to find the best settings.

Would anyone be kind enough to share their settings with me please??

What TV do you have and worse how?
I have a 50GT20 and upgraded through all the releases and ;eft AV settings on default and picture is fine.
