Password changed since update (2.2.1) ?

Hi, Since I have done an online update to the new v 2.2.1 my password (Telnet/FTP) is no longer being recognised. I have tried using NO password instead but this still does not work. Has the default password changed? How can I change the password if I dont know the previous password? MANY THANKS

In anser to your question, there is no Telnet/FTP password set, leave blank and press enter.
