How to uninstall a plugin via telnet

Installed coolmantvguide 4.0 via ftping the lpkg file to the temp dir but iam looking to uninstall it now as i prefer the older version , it doesnt showup in the REMOVE PLUGINS options so can anyone tell me how to uninstall it via telnet command plz

I think its OPKG list and than OPKG remove and name of the plugin as it appears in the list

Pretty sure its IPKG remove then package name.
