Hi,
I can not see my vu box duo under my network on my laptop.
Any reasons, running Vix 2.2
I can FTP ok.
Vu box shows my Laptop under networks but not the other way round.
Will be gratefull of any help.

have you checked ur firewall to allow access to that network. If you click on my computer and then at the top click on Map Network Drive, then click browse and see if you can find your VUDUO, just assign a drive to it and Finish and that should map the vuduo drive to my computer now for you to access

Turned of fire wall, tried to find it under map networks, no joy, any other suggestions

something isnt setup right on ur network then as you should b able to view any network device on ur home network on ur computer, i can view my NAS drive on my Network, my Duo, and my router too as that can have storage connected to it too, so something on ur network is blocking these drives

I've got the same problem tony. My network see's everything but my VU !. I haven't spent much time trying to resolve it TBH
