Primary and Secondary DNS are your ISP's DNS address for e.g. Virgin Media Primary DNS is 194.168.4.100 and Secondary DNS is 194.168.8.100. Just google your ISP's dns server address and youll find them.
Nameserver is the same as DNS Server Address, whatever you put in NameServer Settings will show up as DNS address when you go into Adapter settings

I'm also on VM and I've set Primary DNS and Nameserver to the IP address of the router. The router handles it from then on.

just enable dhcp within the network menu and all else takes care of itself.
