vu+ experts pls pls pls ... urgent !!!!

suddenly,
somthing strarnge happend to my receiver !!!!
.. When i watch any channels (encrypt or not ) ..channels disappear for seconds sometime long seconds and then come back again (look receiver not reboot or restarted) .. repeated many times :mad:
.. i change switches,lnb,connect directly to lnb ... Same problem ...

BTW , i have two dishes one have lnb (4 output) Nilesat other Lnb(4 output) Arabsat..

i have 3 recivers .. all it's works except my vu+..

Need more info which Image are you using

sounds like a suspect coax cable, check the connections, also check signal strength, or a tree getting in the way

Hi mate

Just fix the same sort of problem for my neighbour ....F connector worked its way loose and giving intermitant signal problem make sure they are tight.

it sounds to me one of 3 things could be happening
1- a faulty lnb
2- a faulty cable connection
3- a faulty multi switch if your useing one to access a few sats or even a faulty tuner.
check all 1 by 1 to find the source of your problems.
