Installing channel list on openbox

Hi, I'm new to openbox's so bare with me please. I have upgraded my box to the latest firmware but when I come to install a channel list I must be doing something wrong. I select misc and select tp. Prog then reboot, but still no channel list !! Where am I going wrong ? Please help, cheers.

Make sure there's nothing else on your usb stick but the list

I have tried that but still no good

If your still having problems make sure its .abs for s9 or .dbs for s10.

also when you install make sure you reboot your box for the update to take affect.
