ddns address takes me to my VU+ ?

Hi, Im a bit of a noob to all this so please excuse the basic question.

I have just set up my + along with ddns. When i put the ddns address into the web browser it takes me to the + screen. I know this is what its intended to do but should it not ask for a password?
I have a password setup for connecting, i thought it would be the same?

If you go into menu/plugins/webinterface you want to set http authentication if you want to use a password

Hmm i think suma called qt browser but i have no idea whether it works with vix or not

The qt browser plugin is made for dreamboxes only which you need to buy the expensive Dreambox Keyboard to use with the plugin ;)
