Skin designed only image OpenPli 2.0

Hi. I made little update of the skin to the latest image and avalible plugins.
CHANGELOG

* Now skin is using only pli converters and renderers included with the source
* EMCSelection fixed
* Working fine with CoolTVGuide from feed
* Change some png`s for better quality
* Some other fixes - cant remember all

Tested and working on Vix great basic skin!
