Settings Back up

Hi guys me again:p just wanted to know what's the best programme to use to back up my settings bouquets etc.? also say i installed a new image would restoring the settings give me back all my satellite settings? so i wouldn't have to scan the satellite again?

There is a autobackup plugin, if you search the forum should be able to locate it.
