Remote channel updating?

Is it possible for me to remotely update the channels of a VU+ Duo?

Not having much (read any) network experience, how do I go about ftp'ing a channel list to a box on a different ip address, behind a router?

Any pointers would be much appreciated.

edit: I should have added, is this possible without using dyndns?

Thanks. I have read through the guide and I follow it.

However, if I updated the channel list as mentioned, how would I go about transferring them to a Vu+ at a different location?

eg. if a channel list was created in lands end, how could that user transfer the same channel list he's just created directly into the Vu+ of his brother in john o'groats who is a complete technophobe?

Get his ip address not the 192 one but his WAN ip address. I use dreamset program for channel lists and can connect to another box in another house by getting the ip address and putting it in the software i use for my channel lists and transfering it over

Don't fluffy around with DYNDNS, just get team viewer and remotely connect to his PC and upload the bouquets that way, can also do file transfer between the two PC as well.
