a little while ago sky uk rearranged it's HD line up over the same SD channels such as sky 1 and sky atlantic. the bouquets you mentioned allow you to choose which channel line up you want to use, those with the new HD orientated line up and those which follow the older SD lineup.

the SD channels have been replaced with HD channels like 103 ITV has been swapped with 103 ITV HD and 104 channel 4 has been replaced with 104 channel 4 HD and so on
