You wont get any quicker response by creating multiple threads asking the same question.

go to bbc one hd on your box then press menu>setup>service searching manual scan and enter the following

10847
V
23000
DVB-S2 QPSK
8/9

all your bbc hd channels will now be back.

AND as stanman correctly pointed please do not place multiple threads for the same question
