Hi Guys not sure if this is the right place to post this so could mods please move to correct place

Ive had the above fitted today in my new house and since i have had it fitted im trying to connect to my duo via netbook using Flash XP but i aint gaining any access to the box!! has anybody else had this problem? ive forwarded ports etc etc but to no avale, ive even tried to set up a ET9000 and still getting same results unable to communicate to either receiver any help would be appreciated

I think Punisher has one of those and should be able to sort you out with the settings, he should be on later on tonight.

hey mate hows it goin :p

right first off are both box's hard wired via ethernet or wireless?
you need both box's IP address which should look suma like 192.168.0.x
In flash FXP my configuration look like belo;

Connection Type: FTP
Site Name: Vu+ Duo
Address: 192.168.2.x
Port: 21
Username: root
Password: (your ftp password, try dreambox or leave it blank)

Change the settings to match yours
Apply those settings and Connect

Try that and lemmi know

HIYA M8 not going too good lol its given me a headache lol been at it since i last spoke to you elsewere, still no joy i will wait till u pop up on msn and pick ur brains there ;-)
Both boxes are hard wired into hub well the duo is as ive given up for time being and put 9000 away until ive cracked the duo

A quick update guys all sorted now ONCE AGAIN TO PUNISHER for helping me out seems like it was something so simple i missed my AVG security was blocking me contacting the Duo so a lesson learned and for anyone else who may have this problem..
