Lost BBC One HD channel

Hi All

Yesterday I lost the BBC One HD channel on my DUO. All other HD channels are working fine. Does anyone know if its moved frequency or if there is a problem. I am getting a Tuner error when I go to the channel? So far have not found anything to say the channel has moved so a bit lost!
