Can someone give me a recomendation for a USB stick fast enough for HD timeslip. I have a Kingston Datatraveller but it can only timeslip SD channels, HD are choppy on playback

i use a 16 GB blade cruzor on my Uno along with a 16 GB kingston Datatraveler. although i have never used PTS - permanant time shift on either as i also use a internal 320 GB 2.5 HDD.
when i have time later this week i'll test both with PTS and post back.

16GB Cruzior works with PTS, provided its initialized as a HDD and mount point setup correctly ;)

i use a 16Gb MicroSD card in a tiny adaptor for timeshifting, but i dont use PTS, but.......

i remember it took me AGES to work out how to mount it, my internal drive is mounted as HDD, and my SD card mounted as USB, but my friend who also has a Duo, we cannot mount his USB to work like mine

we went into Vix menu, then devices, highlighted the device, tried 'use as hss' and restarted, tried to mount as /media/usb and restarted, but nothing at all, and even tried my known working SD card, at one point after restarting, it wouldnt even boot, but after being left off for about 3 hours, it came back on

is there a guide to using and mounting both an internal drive AND a usb device anywhere that i can direct my friend to please?
