Hi guys..

Just wondering if anyone has ever had a 2TB HDD working in their Duo..

I got one given to me this morning by a friend.. just to try it and have a go..

Anyone had any success with this.. ??

Yup, I have one in mine. Currently running as 2 x 1tb partitions, as at the time I set it up, 2tb hdd wasn't working (when got to over 1tb used, it caused instability).

As long as you initialise it in the box, it should run ok when over 1tb (not tested that myself)...

How much space is used currently can I ask? Just that previously, when I had a 1.5tb hdd and went over 1tb full, it caused all manner of problems. So, just wanted to check situation with the > 1tb now...

Get recording then :p hehe. I had problems when it was just over 1tb, about 1.04tb or summat like that iirc (it was about a year ago, hence why I partitioned drives)

Leave a HD channel on 1w recording for 24 hours, soon fill it up :D

I have both a 1TB (WD 1TB eco) and a 2TB (Samsung F4) installed as HDD and HDD2 respectively. Both are working great - The 1TB is internal and the 2TB is eSATA external.
