non flat picons for 28 east

can soneone point me in the right direction as to where i can download up to date picons for 28 east and how do i ftp them to my duo ?

Plug in a USB stick, then create a folder called picon, ftp all pinons into that folder and reboot.

sorry to sound thick but how do i creat a folder on my usb - do i do it before i mount it onto the box ?

plug the usb stick in ur computer and then on the root of the usb create a new folder called picon and transfer all the picons into that folder. then stick the usb stick back into the duo and press blue button>vix>device manager and make sure the usb stick is mounted to media/usb ... if it is then just reboot and duo and you should have the picons autodetected

done that it still wont show the picons is there any other way of doing it ?

Thats the way of doing it. Have you checked te device manager to make sure the usb is mounted as media/usb?

it's def mounted as media/usn but it's formatted as fat32 is that correct - because when i ftp into hdd the usb isnt there ?

which of the picons are non flat and which one is lichers? I dont know the difference please.

well if you download them from this site there clearly labeled as to who makes them and what they are ie laminated or hd picons etc.

I have check and seach the thread but sm to be confused about it; for example about three difference picons called lichers; what is the difference btween the lichers picons and the rest. any example of round picon that i can use?

SD stands for standard definition and HD high definition, licher is the name of the picon maker thus the reason his picons carry that name.
