Hd Channels

I am having problems with hd channels not showing, one minute they work fine then they have gone off the next.

Dont understand why or what setting if any to solve

Are you using a subscription card or are you using other means?

what channels, are you trying to watch, what cam are you using, and what card are you using

other means , all the sd channels work .. if its cs error i will get onto them, just thought it might be drivers etc on box
