How to reset plugins menu to show plugins, once installed, but now removed from box?

I messed smth up with my picons folder, which was deleted from the usb stick.

When I go to menu/plugins/dowload those picons do not show anymore.
Is there any way to 'refresh' or reset somehow the online plugins folder list, so I can reinstall my picons from the plugins menu?

hm, solved it. Just go to menu/plugins/red button (remove plugins), and select the picons you want to remove.
(I feel kinda slow now... :D)
