I have just bought an external usb dvd drive.
This seems to work normally in my archlinux laptop, but doesn't seem to work in my vu+duo.
It is reported as:
Bus 001 Device 004: ID 13fd:0842 Initio Corporation
in my laptop and seems to load a module called: sr_mod
This does not seem to load on the duo, but when I do a modprobe for it, it loads. When I attempt to mount the dev entry /dev/sr0, it seems to hang, and I need to reboot, as ctrl+c does not work.
Any ideas?
