Transferring System Settings backed-up from DM800

I own a genuine DM800 and am waiting delivery of my shiny new Vu+Duo from our very sponsors (cheers W-O-S).

This may be a dumb question but I was wondering if I could transfer my backed-up DM800 system settings from my DM800 to the Duo so that I don't have to go through all the options again?

I've backed my settings to a 8Gb USB flash-drive which happens to have my epg data and picons on it too.

You can use your own Enigma 2 settings, but dont transfer anything else apart from cam configs. Plenty of maintained Enigma 2 settings in the downloads section ;)

yes as sic has said, you can use your old bouquets and picons but thats about it.

every thing you need to set up the box can be found on this forum.

bouquets and picons are saved on lap-top too so will use DCC install on Duo.

I will indeed use this forum for all I need to get the box set up. Very excited about this box, can't wait to play!

Dont forget if you save the picons on USB, you need to change the mount from SDB1 to USB otherwise it will not pick up the picons.
