ftp problems

i cant seem to FTP or TELNET to my vu+ duo since i reflashed it with VIX 2.0.when i go into menu/set up/VIX/network and select either FTP or TELNET my box just crashes ( green screen) .
i can use mozilla and webcontrol ok but i cant alter any files via FTP.
can anyone help please ?.

i would reflash it with VIX 2.1 then perform update. it may be that you have some how corrupted some thing when flashing the image.

can i backup/restore my settings to and from HD going from 2.0 to 2.1 ?.
