Channel List Greyed Out In Bouquets List.

I have Been using Catseye Bouquets and a custom folder called "Neil" with all the channels I use mostly in.
But upon inspection today all the channels in the Digital ALB Bouquet are greyed out, I can select the channels that are in the "Neil" bouquet
from the same satellite and also from the satellite list....As shown in pictures below.
I have installed a new satellite.xml, done a rescan and a reboot....Any ideas ?

Sorted now....It was the satellites.xml file, I generated a custom one with 0.8 w, 4.8 east, 9 east, 10 east, 13 east, 15.8 east, 19.2 east and 28.2 east.
However when I used the one from vhannibals enigma 2 settings it had 16east, I scanned that and they are back.
