New Scan Error (Hotbird)

Recently, BIS TV changed the frequencies (and modulation?) of all the channels in their package (on Hotbird).
I uploaded a new satellite.xml file and did a rescan but the channels weren't found.
I did manage to add them later doing a manual scan.
Here is one of the transponders that failed:

12692H
DVD-S2
8SPK
3/4 FEC

Is this an error of the VU Duo or the satellites.xml file or is there something else I am missing?
