Only got my box yesterday. Still finding my feet!
I've installed VIX
Got CCCAM working. Decoding Sky fine.
I've got the EPG looking ok. Can't get PICONS working.

I've hit a wall getting my USB stick to work.
Plan is to install PICONS on USB & maybe use for timeshift. Not ordered HDD.

Formatted drive/mounted/rebooted

It needs to be mounted as USB, click ok on it and use left right buttons to change mount from sdb1 to USB.

Ahh... yep. Looks like that has done the trick.
Can you use USB as FAT32 or do you have to save in linux format? I'd like to try recording a file & transfering to PC (Windows).

See no reason, not tried it myself as hdd stores the recording. Give it a try.

If using fat32, if a timeshift record is hd and around an hour or more, it will likely exceed the fat32 4gb limit. Not sure what would happen at this point?!
