Just wondering has anyone been successful with any brand of usb/dvbt dongle to receive terrestrial tv.

Great to hear it is being worked on, many Irish enthusiasts would require this to work before taking the plunge for th Vu+ since the irish terrestrial channels are not available FTA on satellite. Many thanks to all involved....

hi gan23 i know what you mean on the irish front with DTT,but i bought the vu+duo and i,m over the moon with it regardless of dvb-t not currently being available on it.

I know, i got mine the other day and am blown away by it... does everything its supposed to and does it well. USB DVB-T tuner would be the cherry on the cake

I got the Hauppauge WinTV-NOVA-T USB Stick 70019 from Amazon today. I tried it with the latest openpli and official 4.8 image, but couldn't see anything about USB DVB-T.
I guess I'll have to wait till the next Dream-Elite image.

Will this support cover mpeg2 and mpeg4 varieties.

I'd suspect it'll do both, same as with satellite.
