lmao, as a customer delivery wise (i.e. not collection), I used to love city-link. The collection depot was only in the next village... About 3 minute drive away. Then, I had a delivery I needed to collect, went to collect it ... all boarded up. Not even a note. Phoned the number on the card when I got back, to find it'd moved above 30 minute drive away ... grrrr. Half the people who used to work for em lived round here ... they weren't happy either!

I've still never had a problem with them ... but, only when I've been there to get the item as it's been delivered. If i've not been there, then they been a nightmare :p But, just like most others (dhl recently were crap :p)
