Hello,

Have downloaded the latest gift patch for Spiderbox 9000hd but cannot get Hotbird, only Eutelsat. Had both before with the previous gift patch. Have I done something wrong?

no there is a slight difficulty with services, only 16east at the moment, hotbird back soon give them a little time.
