Diablo Cam Light upgrade

Has anyone done the Diablo cam update Lite to Cam2 using cas 3 interface for 19 euros.
Does it work and what extra can be received after the update.

considering the cam and the cas programmer are made by the same people you can consider it genuine, however i'm not going to waste my money upgrading my own cam as there is virtually nothing opening with any version at the moment.
