ECM Time

Have looked up ecm time but cannot find any explanation of it . I'm using CCcam 2.1.3(same problem with2.1.4) with a cs but keep getting occasional glitch when ecm time goes higher than .5 ish . Is there any way to keep it below .5, is this more internet connection or signal strength/snr, my end ,his end .
Still getting to grips with this.

If your subscribed to a payserver it may be getting over loaded at peak times.

What is the hop ?

hop = connections/points needed to get the info
for example if you are at home network, u have computer A, Computer B and a router. Then to send data from A to B the data will go from A>Rouer>B. Thus u have one hop

To make the above clearer, if your share has a local card for what your watching it will show as Hop1, if Hop2 or 3 its most likely a re-share from another party.
