Vix 2.1

I received my duo care of silverfox0786 yesterday he had kindly installed the new image for me,sadly i had to go down to Vix 1.3 as i was unable to initialize or use in internal wd hd it appeared to have a different mounting point.My question is now iam running vix 1.3 the hard drive has been initialized and is working 100% is there any reason to upgrade to 2.1 what else does it offer that 1.3 does not thanks

If the HDD was already initialized there was no need to do it again. ViX 2.1 has latest drivers along with other extras ;)

It was initialized via the tm800 when i tried to watch previously recorded programs they where very choppy and recordings where even worse hence why i wiped it and reinitialized it will take a look at it again thanks

When you initialize the progress can be seen under the blue button menu.

Alternatively flash with official image, initialize then flash back ViX 2.1.

Thanks for the advice ive just loaded 2.1 and since the hd is now initialized already its working 100%
