My sis is having a problem with setting up her Vu+Duo.
She has installed VIX 2 and is able to view a few fta channels, but she gets a message that pops up when she tries to access some of them. The message is satelitte
having problem finding tuner.
She has had a look in tuner setup, and it picks up tuner A fine, but lists Tuner B as loopthru. As she only has one cable attached. Could this be causing the problem?
She also thinks her lat and long setting may not be quite correct
On Dishpointer the following are her settings for her location:
Lat: 52.2895
Long: -0.7111
She used these when setting up VIX:
Lat: 052.289
Long: 000.711
Any help in getting her up and running would be rearly welcome.
