yes look in the E2 bouquet section there you will find bouquets that are updated on a daily basis.

There are plenty of bouquet for the vu+duo in the link posted by pheonix you will have to read a few to find what you want

or if you what to be really lazy most images have up to date bouquet in the plugin feeds to download:(

SGTFlipFlop also does sky uk but does not follow the channel lineup.
